261例药物不良反应/事件分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions (ADR) for references of clinical rational drug use.Methods By a retrospective study,a total of 261 ADR cases collected in our hospital from Jan.2006 to Jun.2012 were analyzed statistically.Results Of the 261 ADR cases,female cases is 138 (52.87％).The ADR number rises year by year.Lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common clinical manifestations of ADRs,Antibiotics were the major drugs which induced ADR.Conclusion The ADR monitoring should be intensified with an emphasis laid to antimicrobial drugs so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADRs and ensure patients’ medication safety.%目的 分析医院药物不良反应/事件的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 统计和回顾性分析2006年1月～2012年6月收集和报告的261例药物不良反应/事件；分别对患者的性别与年龄分布、主要临床表现、引起的药品种类、给药途径等情况进行分析.结果 261例ADR病例中,女性138例,占52.87％,ADR报告数量呈逐年增长趋势,ADR皮肤及附件损害最常见,抗感染药物是引起ADR最多的一类药物.结论 医院应进一步加强药物不良反应/事件的监测和报告工作,促进合理用药,减少和避免药物不良反应/事件的发生.
