目的 观察显微手术夹闭治疗前交通动脉瘤的临床疗效,总结翼点入路夹闭前交通动脉瘤的手术经验.方法 回顾性分析56例经翼点入路显微手术治疗的前交通动脉瘤患者的临床资料.结果 56例患者行瘤颈夹闭术,1例发生术中动脉瘤破裂；出院时GOS评分5分(优)37例,4分(良)13例,3分(差)4例,1分(死亡)2例.结论 经翼点入路显微手术夹闭瘤颈是前交通动脉瘤安全有效的治疗方式,及早手术能显著改善患者的预后.%Objective Summary microsurgical treatment experience of the anterior communicating artery aneu-rysm. Focused on the prevention and treatment of the aneurysm ruptured in the surgery. Method Analysed retrospectively the data of 56 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysms treated with microsurgery from June 2009 to June 2012. To summary the clinical manifestations, timing of surgery, rupture treatment and prevention of postoperative complications. Result 53 patients were clipped,3 patients were clipped including aneurysms and the both sides of the A2 segment. GOS score,37 patients had 5 scores,14 cases had 4 scores,4 cases had severe scores of 3,and 2 cases died. Conclusion Microsurgical treatment of anterior communicating artery aneurysm clipping can significantly reduce the anterior communicating artery aneurysm death, disability and early surgery should be to prevent further rupture. It is the key to improving survival and quality of life of patients.
