硅油填充联合玻璃体切割治疗视网膜脱离的精致护理效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨硅油填充联合玻璃体切割治疗视网膜脱离的围手术期精致护理干预效果.方法 收集2014年1月～2016年6月入院的80例视网膜脱离患者随机分为对照组和实验组各40例,对照组患者在硅油填充联合玻璃体切割治疗视网膜脱离过程中实施常规护理,实验组患者除常规护理外,针对每个患者情况实施个性化的精致护理;比较两组患者术后两周视力恢复情况、疼痛发生情况、焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS、SDS)评分情况以及护理满意率情况.结果 实验组较对照组患者视力情况差异不明显,无统计学意义(P＞0.05);实验组较对照组患者疼痛发生显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗前焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS、SDS)评分实验组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);治疗后,实验组患者焦虑、抑郁自评量表(SAS、SDS)评分较对照组患者显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 精致护理的应用对硅油填充联合玻璃体切割治疗视网膜脱离的效果显著,虽然治疗后对患者视力恢复的影响不明显,但可以明显降低患者疼痛的发生,减轻抑郁焦虑的情况,并使患者更加满意,安全性较高,具有借鉴性.%Objective To explore the effect of silicone oil filling combined with vitrectomy on peri-operative fine nursing intervention in the treatment of retinal detachment.Method 80 patients with retinal detachment admitted from January 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in the control group were treated with silicone oil filling and vitrectomy for retinal detachment.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine nursing.SAS score,SDS score,nursing satisfaction rate (P0.05) were observed.Results The different of visual acuity of experimental group and control group was not obvious difference significant (P＞0.05).The incidence of pain of experimcntal group significantly decreased compared with that of control group (P＜ 0.05).The anxiety and depression self rating scale (SAS,SDS) score before treatment of experimental group and control group were not different (P ＞ 0.05).The anxiety and depression self rating scale (SAS,SDS) score after treatment of experimental group and control group were not different (P ＜ 0.01).ConcLusion The nursing intervention on the treatment of retinal detachment cutting silicone oil combined with vitreous body is effective,which can decrease the incidence of pain,reduce anxiety and depression,and make patients satisfied.
