建立生物制剂输注快速流程的实践及效果评价

摘要

Objective To establish a fast process for biologics injection and evaluate its impact on the patients' time consumption,compliance and satisfaction.Methods Two hundred and thirty-nine patients diagnosed with rheumatic diseases were included in this study from November 2013 to October 2015.We firstly established the fast process for biologics injection via the process of management team in our department,and allocated patients to the treat-in-hospital process and the fast process.We then compared the patients' time consumption,compliance,satisfaction between the two groups.Results The patients' time consumption,compliance in the group of fast process significantly preceded those in the group of treat-in-hospital process (P＜0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of time consumption,procedures convenience were better in the group of fast process (P＜0.001),but there is no significant difference between groups on safe quality,technical level,and attitude (P＞0.05).Conclusion Establishment of the fast process for biologics injection is meaningful to reduce the patients' time consumption,increase the compliance and satisfaction of the patients.%目的 建立生物制剂输注快速流程并评价该流程对患者治疗时间消耗、依从性及满意度的影响.方法 通过科室流程管理小组,建立生物制剂快速输注流程,选取2013年11月～2015年10月确诊风湿性疾病需输注生物制剂治疗的患者239例,比较住院输注流程与快速输注流程的患者在治疗时间消耗、用药依从性、满意度方面对照分析.结果 榆注快速流程组在治疗时间消耗、用药依从性上都明显优于住院输注流程组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);患者对时间消耗、手续繁简满意度输注快速流程组明显高于住院输注流程组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001);两组质量安全、技术水平、态度等差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 生物制剂输注快速流程的建立有利于减少患者治疗时间,提高生物制剂输注依从性,提高患者满意度.
