自制U型枕对玻璃体切除联合硅油植入术后被动体位的护理效果

摘要

Objective To observe the nursing effect of passive position with using self-made U-shaped pillow in the postoperative of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil implantation.Methods 96 patients of vitrectomy combined with silicone oil implantation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with self-made U-shaped pillow (lying on the pillow with lying pad).The control group was treated with conventional prone position nursing.Results There were significant differences in prone position maintenance time,postural dependence,comfort (P＜0.01) and hospital day between observation group and control group (P＜0.05).The neck and waist discomfort,chest tightness suffocation,dyspnea,limb numbness,skin pressure injury and other discomfort of observation group significantly reduced (P＜0.01).Conclusion The patients used self-made U shape pillow can maintain prone position,shorten hospital days,reduced the financial burden,improvedthe comfort of the patients' supine and reduce postoperative complications.%目的 探讨自制U型枕应用于玻璃体切除联合硅油植入术后被动体位的护理效果观察.方法 将96例玻璃体切除联合硅油植入术后患者随机分为观察组与对照组各48例进行比较.观察组应用自制U型枕(枕上置硅胶趴趴垫)行俯卧位护理;对照组行常规俯卧位护理.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者俯卧位维持时间、体位依存性及舒适度差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),住院天数明显缩短(P＜0.05);俯卧位出现颈、腰部不适及胸闷憋气、呼吸困难、肢体麻木、皮肤压力伤等不适均明显减轻(P＜0.01).结论 使用自制U型枕,使患者俯卧位维持时间明显长于常规俯卧位组,而且住院天数缩短,加快了床位的周转率,减轻了患者的经济负担和被动体位带来的痛苦及不适,对提高患者卧位的舒适度,减少术后并发症有一定的作用,有利于手术效果的巩固.
