芍黄通便合剂治疗阿片类药物所致气滞型便秘的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaohuang laxative agent on the treatment of opioid drugs induced constipation of Qizi type.Method 128 cancer patients with of Qizi type constipation caused by opium analgesics were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with Shaohuang laxative agent.Control group was treated by pill of aucklandia and areca seed.Clinical efficacy was evaluated with improvement of constipation symptom and TCM syndromes.Result The total effect rate of improvement of constipation symptom in treat group and control group were 80.65％oo and 63.93 (P＜0.05).The total effect rate of TCM symptom in treat group and control group were 83.87％ and 62.30％ (P＜0.05).Conclusion Shaohuang laxative agent can effectively relieve opioid drugs induced constipation in Qizi type and significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients.%目的 观察芍黄通便合剂治疗阿片类药物所致气滞型便秘的临床疗效.方法 选择128例因癌痛服用阿片类镇痛药所致气滞型便秘的患者,按随机数字表分为两组,治疗组给予芍黄通便合剂,对照组给予木香槟榔丸,服药后通便即停药,观察1周并随访,评价两组患者的临床综合疗效,包括便秘改善情况、中医证候改善情况.结果 便秘改善情况:治疗组总有效率为80.65％,对照组总有效率为63.93％,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05);中医证候改善情况:治疗组总有效率为83.87％,对照组总有效率为62.30％,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 芍黄通便合剂可有效改善癌痛患者因服用阿片类药物引起的气滞型便秘,提高患者生活质量.
