Objective To explore the possibility of its potential as a potential tumor marker for early diagnosis of lung cancer,through the detection of micro miR-126-5p expression in the serum of patients with lung cancer.Methods RT-qPCR analysis was used to detect 55 cases of lung cancer patients and 21 healthy people,32 cases of patients with benign lung disease in serum miR-126-5p levels.The statistical comparison t test was performed using Levene test and variance equation of the mean equation.The diagnostic efficacy of indexes was analyzed by R0c curve.Result The sign of the serum of lung cancer patients in the miR-126-5p group was significantly higher than that of tumor markers of patients with benign disease in healthy people and Lung Group (F=14.81,P＜ 0.001;t=-3.91df=78.9 bilateral P＜ 0.001).ROC area under the AUC curve was 0.666.The sensitivity was 66.1％,and the specificity was 71.7％.Conclusion R126-5p is highly expressed in tumor patients.The detection of serum in the diagnosis of lung cancer has a certain clinical value,and has a high sensitivity and specificity.%目的 通过检测微小miR-126-5p在肺癌患者血清中的表达,研究其与肺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性,并探讨其能否作为肺癌早期诊断的潜在肿瘤标志物的可能性.方法 应用RT-qPCR分析法对55例肺癌患者组和包括21例健康人、32例肺部良性疾病患者的非肺癌组血清中的miR-126-5p水平进行检测,采用方差方程的Levene检验及均值方程的t检验进行统计学比较.用R0c曲线对指标的诊断效能进行分析和评价.结果 肺癌组患者血清中的miR-126-5p肿瘤标志物水平明显高于非肺癌组,FC值为5.57,差异有统计学意义(F=14.81P＜0.001;t=-3.91d f=78.9双侧P＜0.001).ROC曲线下面积AUC为0.666,本研究的灵敏度为66.1％,特异度为71.7％.结论 检测微小miR-126-5p在肿瘤患者中出现高表达,对肺癌的诊断有一定的临床价值,并有较高的灵敏度和特异度,可作为诊断肺癌较为理想的指标之一.
