目的 探讨老年急性上消化道出血的诱因、病因、临床表现、伴随症状和预后.方法 根据年龄将确诊为急性上消化道出血的患者分为老年组和对照组,对两组急性上消化道出血患者的诱因、病因、临床表现、伴随症状、预后等进行分析比较.结果 老年组与对照组上消化道出血的诱因、病因存在差异,老年组伴随症状多、病情重、预后差.结论 老年急性上消化道出血与中青年相比存在差异,应积极治疗原发疾病,有效控制伴发疾病.%Objective To discuss the inducements, causes, clinical manifestations, symptoms, and prognosis in senile patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods According to the age, the patients who were diagnosed as acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into senile group and control group. The inducements, causes, clinical manifestations, symptoms, and prognosis of both groups were analyzed and compared. Results There were differences in inducements and causes between the senile group and the control group. The senile patients had more symptoms, severe condition and bad prognosis. Conclusion The senile cases with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage have more severe conditions. Their primary disease should be positively treated, and the accompanied diseases should be effectively controlled.
