某高原山地藏区武警医院门诊官兵口腔疾病谱分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate oral disease spectrum of the police troop in Tibetan plateau mountainous region,and to make targeted prevention and control measures and system of high incidence of oral disease in order to improve the oral health level of plateau armed police officers and soldiers.Methods:Oral disease in a plateau mountain armed police hospital outpatient from November 2013 to June 2016 were analyzed retrospectively,and the disease were classified according to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (2nd Edition),Oral Internal Science (3rd Edition) and International Classification of Diseases [ICD-10 (oral cavity)].Results:The main types of oral disease were oral and maxillofacial infections (43.4％),periodontal disease (22.0％),oral mucosal disease (14.2％),dental caries (10.8％) and oral and maxillofacial trauma (7.1％).The above five categories of disease accounts for 97.5％ of the total number of cases.The top three high-risk single disease in turn were acute mandibular wisdom tooth pericoronitis (49.0％),chronic gingivitis (58.0％),cheilitis (60.6％).Conclusion:Oral and maxillofacial infection,periodontal disease and oral mucosal disease are major oral diseases of the officers and soldiers in plateau.The prevention and treatment should be included in the key areas of sanitation work in Tibetan troops,and oral medical security system in plateau needs to be improved according to the characteristics of oral disease spectrum.%目的:调查并分析驻高原山地藏区武警官兵口腔疾病谱,有针对性地制定口腔高发疾病的防治措施和体系,提高高原官兵口腔健康水平.方法:回顾性分析2013-11～2016-06某高原山地藏区武警医院门诊口腔疾病,并参照《口腔颌面外科学》(第2版)、《口腔内科学》(第3版)和国际疾病分类标准《ICD-10(口腔类)》进行分类统计.结果:口腔疾病类型主要为口腔颌面部感染(43.4％)、牙周病(22.0％)、口腔黏膜病(14.2％)、龋病(10.8％)、口腔颌面部创伤(7.1％),以上5类疾病占总病例数的97.5％.居前3位的高发单病种依次为:急性下颌智齿冠周炎(49.0％)、慢性牙龈炎(58.0％)、唇炎(60.6％).结论:口腔颌面部感染、牙周病、口腔黏膜病等是高原官兵的多发口腔疾病,其防治应纳入藏区部队卫生工作的重点范畴,需根据疾病谱特点有的放矢地健全高原口腔医疗保障体系.
