牙周基础治疗对冠心病伴慢性牙周炎患者全身及局部口腔环境的改善

摘要

目的：探讨牙周基础治疗对冠心病伴慢性牙周炎患者全身及局部口腔环境的影响。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月早我院牙科就诊的慢性牙周炎患者60例。结果对照组I及观察组患者治疗前后各参数均有显著性差异(P<0．05)，而对照组II治疗前后无明显变化(P>0．05)；结论牙周基础治疗是牙周炎治疗的基础手段，针对冠心病伴发慢性牙周炎患者治疗效果较好，降低IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平、胆固醇、甘油三酯及低密度脂蛋白水平，并增加高密度脂蛋白水平。%Objective To research the effects of periodontal basic treatment in patients with coronary heart disease and chronic periodontitis. Methods 60 cases with chronic periodontitis were collected in our hospital from January 2012 to Jan-uary 2014. Results Periodontal parameters had significant difference between the control group and observation group I pa-tients (P<0. 05). Conclusion Periodontal basic treatment of periodontitis is the basic method,it obviously improve perio-dontal condition,reduce the IL-6,TNF alpha,CRP levels,cholesterol.
