目的：了解2011-2013年南通经济技术开发区60岁及以上老年人死亡水平与死因构成。方法：死亡资料来自南通市疾病预防控制中心，人口资料由经济技术开发区公安局提供，采用国际疾病分类ICD-10进行死因编码作为分类标准，对死亡资料进行流行病学分析。结果：（1）老年人死亡总数为2343人，占全人口死亡人数的84.46%，老年人标化死亡率为2002.05/10万。其中男性2297.60/10万，女性1715.48/10万，男性高于女性（χ2=33.68，P<0.01）。（2）循环系统疾病为老年首位死因，构成比为41.66％，标化死亡率为776.34/10万，男性冠心病和肺源性心脏病死亡率均高于女性（χ2值分别为4.34、4.46，P<0.05）。其次是恶性肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病，前3位死因占全死因的83.36%。老年男性的恶性肿瘤和呼吸系统疾病死亡率均高于老年女性（χ2值分别为74.95、23.36，P<0.01）。（3）恶性肿瘤为老年人第2位死因构成比为27.36％，排名前5位的为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、结直肠癌，占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的73.64%。男性死亡率均高于老年女性（χ2值分别为34.30、15.62、13.97、16.80、7.69，P<0.05）。结论：循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病是南通经济技术开发区老年人的主要死因和疾病负担，应有针对性地开展社区老年人慢性病的预防与控制工作。%Objective:To investigate the death cause constitution among the senior residents over 60 years old in Nantong economic and technological development area from 2011 to 2013. Methods:According to the data of diseases surveillance and death-reporting system in Nantong economic and technological development area duiring 2011-2013, the causes of death were analyzed. Results:The standardized mortality rate was 2 002.05/100 000. The mortality rate of male was higher than that of female. The top three death causes were circulatory disease, malignant tumor and respiratory dis-ease, which accounted for 83.36%of the total death causes. The major causes of deaths were the same in both gender,but different in the rank of deaths. Conclusions:Circulatory disease, malignant tumor and respiratory disease are the main death causes and disease burden among the elderly population in Nantong economic and technological development area. Effective prevention and control programs for the seniors should be strengthened to promote the health of the seniors.
