目的::了解应用整理、整顿、清扫、清洁和素养(5S)管理模式后的成效。方法:全科参与并掌握5S的特点、方法和管理程序。提升了检验科科室管理工作水平,科室员工工作积极性和工作效率得到提高。结果:结论:实施5S管理模式有助于检验科工作的规范化管理。%Objective:To understand effects of the implementation of seiri, seiton, seiso, seikeetsu and shit- suke(5s) man-agement model. Methods:All the workers in the clinical laboratory participated and mastered the characteristics, methods and manage-ment procedures of 5s management. Results:The department management level, and workers' working enthusiasm and efficiency were improved. Conclusions:5S is helpful to the standardized management of clinical laboratory.
