预见性护理模式对美沙酮维持治疗患者抑郁情绪的干预效果观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate intervention effects of predictive nursing model on depressive emotions of depression pa-tients using methadone for maintenance therapy. Methods:In adherence to the treatment of opioid addicts, 109 subjects with depres-sion were screened and randomly assigned into experimental group and control group. The predictive nursing model was performed in experimental group, while conventional nursing was performed in control group. SDS score was observed after the treatment. Results:The SDS score of experimental group was lower than that of control group. Conclusions: The predictive nursing model can significantly reduce the depressive emotions of the depression patients using methadone for maintenance therapy.%目的：探讨预见性护理模式对美沙酮维持治疗患者抑郁情绪的干预效果。方法：在坚持治疗的阿片类物质成瘾者中，筛选出有抑郁情绪的患者109例，随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者采取预见性护理模式，对照组患者采取常规护理模式，观察两组患者治疗后的抑郁评分情况。结果：预见性护理实验组患者的 SDS 评分低于常规护理对照组。结论：预见性护理模式能有效缓解美沙酮维持治疗患者的抑郁情绪。
