门诊不合理中成药处方分析

摘要

目的：：了解门诊不合理中成药处方现状。方法：以2015年门诊中成药处方为样本，以随机抽样法抽取5000张中成药处方进行处方分析。结果：门诊不合理中成药处方占3.84%，主要有不规范处方、不适宜处方和超常处方三大类型。结论：门诊不合理中成药处方现状不容乐观，应引起临床医生应重视。%Objective:To understand status of irrational Chinese patent medicine prescriptions of outpatient. Methods: The Chinese patent medicine prescriptions during 2015 were chosen as the specimens, wherein 5000 prescriptions were randomly selected and analyzed. Results:3. 84% of the Chinese patent medicine prescriptions were irrational, mainly including nonstandard prescrip-tions, inappropriate prescriptions and supernormal prescriptions. Conclusions: The status of the irrational Chinese patent medicine prescriptions of the outpatient is not very good, and should be paid attention to by the clinical doctors.
