高血压脑出血患者血清白细胞介素-6、TNF-α水平与其神经功能缺损程度的相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To explore correlations among serum interleukin-6, TNF-α levels and neurological deficit degree of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:47 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected as observation group, while 40 healthy elderly outpatients for medical examination at the same time were chosen as control group. The IL-6 and TNF-α levels of the two groups were measured and the neurological deficit was evaluated, and the correlations among interleu-kin -6, TNF-αlevels and neurological deficit degree were analyzed. Results:The IL-6 and TNF-αlevels of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0. 05), and they decreased progressive with the disease changing from being se-vere, moderate to mild. Moreover, the IL-6 and TNF-α levels were positively correlated with the neurological deficit degree ( r=0. 813, r=0. 857, P<0. 05). Conclusions:There are some correlations among the serum interleukin-6, TNF-αlevels and neurologi-cal deficit degree of the patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.%目的：：观察高血压脑出血患者血清白细胞介素-6、TNF-α水平与其神经功能缺损程度的相关性。方法：高血压脑出血患者47例作为观察组；选择同期门诊体检的健康老年人40例作为对照组。测定两组研究对象的IL-6和TNF-α水平及神经功能缺损评分,分析两者是否存在相关性。结果：观察组患者的IL-6和TNF-α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-6和TNF-α水平依据病情重、中、轻不同而递减,并与其神经功能缺损程度呈正相关(r=0.813,r=0.857,P<0.05)。结论：高血压脑出血患者血清白细胞介素-6、TNF-α水平与其神经功能缺损程度存在相关性。
