营养不良儿童头发中微量元素检测分析

         

摘要

Objective:To understand contents of trace elements in hair of children with malnutrition. Methods: Iron, zinc, calcium, copper and manganese contents in the hair samples of 106 cases of malnutrition children ( observation group) and 100 healthy children ( control group) were detected by atomic absorption spectrophotometric method and compared. Results:The contents of iron, zinc, calcium, copper and manganese of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0. 05). The iron, zinc, calcium, copper and manganese levels of observation group after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly higher than those before the treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusions:The race element contents in body of the children with malnutrition are lower than those of healthy children, and should be timely treated to prevent complications related to it.%目的::了解营养不良儿童头发中微量元素的含量。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定和比较106例营养不良儿童(观察组)和100例健康儿童(对照组)头发中铁、锌、钙、铜、锰含量。结果:观察组儿童的铁、锌、钙、铜、锰含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),经4周治疗后铁、锌、钙、铜、锰水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:营养不良儿童头发中铁、锌、钙、铜、锰含量低于健康儿童,应及时补充治疗,以预防相关并发症。
