非小细胞肺癌晚期患者医疗费用分析

Objective To investigate the cost of medical treatment for patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer in a comprehensive hospital- Methods The medical records of patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the hospital were reviewed from the HIS from February 2005 to December 2009. The cost, composition and relative factors were analyzed. Results The average length of hospital stay of these patients was 12. 7 days, and the cost was 27 034 yuan, The drug bill accounted for 67. 8% of the total cost. Age and ways of payment were the primary factors that influenced the length of stay and cost, whereas gender was not the major factor. Conclusions The therapy of advanced non - small cell lung cancer consumes a lot of medical resources, and the civil medical insurance system is the important method to ensure rational use of medical resources.%目的 了解综合性医院非小细胞肺癌(non - small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)晚期患者治疗费用.方法 从医院信息系统中调用2005 - 02至2009 - 12期间晚期NSCLC住院放/化疗患者病历,统计分析其治疗费用、构成以及影响因素.结果 NSCLC晚期患者平均住院12.7d,次均住院费用27 034元,其中药费占67.80％.年龄和付费方式对患者的住院时间和住院费用有显著影响,性别并非主要影响因素.结论 晚期NSCLC治疗占用医疗资源较多,医疗保险制度是保障卫生资源合理使用的重要手段.
