面部点阵激光和强脉冲光治疗后透明质酸敷料的修复效果观察

摘要

目的 观察透明质酸面膜对面部点阵激光或强脉冲光术后的修复作用.方法 对面部点阵激光或强脉冲光术后患者局部敷透明质酸面膜,1/d,共贴敷5次,观察创伤修复时间、不良反应发生率及患者的舒适度.结果 与对照组相比,接受点阵激光或强脉冲光治疗的患者术后使用透明质酸敷料,其创面恢复时间显著缩短、不良反应减少且患者感觉舒适.结论 透明质酸敷料可应用于面部点阵激光或强脉冲光术后的修复治疗.%Objective To evaluate the rehabilitative effect of the hyaluronic acid dressing on postoperative nursing of fractional laser and intensive pulsed light(IPL). Methods Hyaluronic acid dressing was applied daily to patients receiving five days of treatment with fractional laser or IPL. The duration of wound recovery, incidenc of side effects and patient satisfaction were evaluated.Results The healing of post - laser and IPL treatment was substantially accelerated while side effects and discomfort were reduced.Conclusion Hyaluronic acid dressing can be used as postoperative nursing care of patients receiving laser and IPL.
