Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome in obese children.Methods Eighty-eight obese children admitted to our hospital between January 2015 and August 2016 were selected as subjects.These children were divided into two groups by completely random number method:the comprehensive intervention group and the control group.The control group was subjected to routine interventions while the comprehensive intervention group was given comprehensive interventions.Interventions lasted 6 months in both groups.After 6 months of intervention,the body's indicators of these children were compared between the two groups.Results After six months of intervention,the difference in body mass index,waist circumference,blood lipids,blood pressure,blood glucose,and insulin-related data (P ＜ 0.05) was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05) in both groups,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05).Conclusions The incidence of obesity among children with insulin resistance and metabolic abnormalities is relatively high,which deserves adequate attention.Effective means of intervention can reduce the risk of this disease.%目的 探讨综合干预防治肥胖儿童代谢综合征的效果.方法 选择本院2015-01至2016-08收治的88例肥胖儿童,随机分为两组,综合干预组与对照组,各44例.对照组给予常规干预措施,综合干预组给予生活方式、药物、心理等综合干预措施,干预6个月后检测并比较两组体质指数、腰围、血脂、血压、血糖和胰岛素等相关指标.结果 经过6个月的干预,两组体质指数、腰围、血脂、血压、血糖和胰岛素指标与本组干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);综合干预组干预后与对照组比较,上述指标均存在统计学差异(P＜0.05).结论 肥胖儿童中胰岛素抵抗和代谢异常的发生率较高,通过综合干预手段,可以使体质指数、血脂异常、胰岛素抵抗指数明显下降.
