长期佩戴角膜塑形镜对角膜内皮细胞数量和形态的影响研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of long-term wearing orthokeratology on the number and morphology of corneal endothelial cells in patients with myopia.Method:A total of 123 (200 eyes) myopia patients who underwent orthokeratology in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects. The number and morphology of corneal endothelial cells and corneal thickness were measured before and after wearing orthokeratology 1 day,1 week,1,3 and 6 months.Result:The hexagonal ratio and cell density of corneal endothelial cells decreased slightly and the coefficient of variation and average area increased slightly from 1 day to after wearing orthokeratology 6 months,but there were no significant differences between before and after wearing orthokeratology (P>0.05).The peripheral thickness decreased slightly after wearing orthokeratology 1 day to 1 month,and then increased slightly.The central thickness decreased slightly after wearing orthokeratology 1 day to 6 months.However,there were no significant differences between the thickness of corneal endothelium in different parts before and after wearing orthokeratology (P>0.05).Conclusion:The orthokeratology is used to scientifically correct the patients with myopia in the adolescents.There are no significant changes in the number and morphology of corneal endothelial cells before and after wearing orthokeratology.There is no effect on corneal metabolism.It is safe and effective to help patients to control myopia for long-term wear.It is worth of promoting and applying.%目的:探讨长时间佩戴角膜塑形镜对近视眼患者角膜内皮细胞数量以及形态的影响.方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的123例(200只眼)佩戴角膜塑形镜的近视眼患者作为研究对象,分别于戴镜前、戴镜后1 d、1周、1、3及6个月检测其角膜内皮细胞数量、形态,以及角膜厚度改变情况.结果:戴镜后1 d~6个月,患者的角膜内皮细胞六角形比率及细胞密度有轻微下降,变异系数以及平均面积出现轻微上升,但戴镜前及戴镜后各时间段比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).戴镜后1 d~1个月,患者旁周边厚度出现轻微减薄,之后又出现轻微增厚,中央厚度在1 d~6个月之后出现轻微减薄,但不同部位的角膜内皮厚度于戴镜前及戴镜后各时间段比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:应用角膜塑形镜对青少年近视眼患者进行科学的矫治,戴镜前后角膜内皮细胞数量以及形态无明显变化,对角膜代谢基本无影响,长时间佩戴帮助患者控制近视过快发展,是安全有效的,值得推广及应用.
