益气活血利水法治疗射血分数保留心衰的疗效观察

摘要

目的:观察益气活血利水法治疗射血分数保留心衰的疗效.方法:选取射血分数保留心衰患者72例,按1︰1比例抽签随机分为观察组与对照组,各36例.对照组给予西药治疗(利尿剂、ACEI、β受体阻滞剂和/或改善心肌能量代谢治疗);观察组在对照组基础上加用以益气活血利水为核心的中药配方颗粒.观察两组6 min步行试验、中医证候及心功能的治疗效果.结果:经过治疗,观察组中医证候及心功能的治疗效果均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组6 min步行试验距离均多于治疗前,且观察组多于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对于射血分数保留心衰患者在西药治疗的基础上加以益气活血利水为核心的中药配方颗粒,可提高中医证候及心功能的治疗效果、改善6 min步行试验指标,值得推广.%Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui therapy on ejection fraction retaining heart failure.Method:A total of 72 patients with ejection fraction retaining heart failure were selected,according to the ratio of 1 to 1,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(diuretics,ACEI,β-receptor blocker and/or improving myocardial energy metabolism therapy),and observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine formula granule with Yiqi Huoxue Lishui as the core on the basis of control group.The 6 min walking test, therapeutic effects of TCM syndrome and cardiac function in two groups were observed.Result:After treatment, the treatment effect of TCM syndrome and cardiac function in observation group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the distance of 6-minute walking test in two groups were more than those of before treatment,and the distance of observation group was more than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of Western medicine treatment plus Yiqi Huoxue Lishui as the core of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in treatment of ejection fraction retaining heart failure,can improve the treatment of TCM syndrome and heart function,improve the 6-minute walk test index,worthy of promotion.
