目的：探讨经皮环甲膜穿刺套管针通气对呼吸道梗阻患者生命体征的影响。方法：对10只健康小型猪及12例呼吸道梗阻患者经皮环甲膜穿刺套管针通气，观察治疗前后血氧分压、血氧饱和度及血二氧化碳分压测试结果。结果：小型猪经皮环甲膜穿刺套管针通气后血氧饱和度、血氧分压、血二氧化碳分压均未出现明显变化；12例呼吸道梗阻患者经皮环甲膜穿刺套管针通气后血氧饱和度、血氧分压均显著提高，而血二氧化碳分压则显著下降。结论：经皮环甲膜穿刺套管针通气未对健康小型猪生命体征产生不良影响，而对呼吸道梗阻患者各项生命体征具有明显的改善作用。% Objective:To explore the vital signs of patients with airway obstruction after the skin Thyrocricocentesis trocar ventilation. Method:10 healthy miniature pigs,and 12 cases of respiratory obstruction before and after treatment by skin cricothyroid membrane puncture trocar ventilation, observed blood oxygen partial pressure,oxygen saturation and blood carbon dioxide partial pressure of the test results. Result:The oxygen saturation of small pig skin thyrocricocentesis trocar ventilation,blood oxygen,blood carbon dioxide partial pressure were not significant changes;and 12 cases of airway obstruction in patients with percutaneous thyrocricocentesis trocar ventilation after the oxygen saturation,blood oxygen partial pressure were significantly increased blood carbon dioxide partial pressure decreased significantly. Conclusion:By the skin thyrocricocentesis trocar ventilation is not an adverse effect on vital signs of healthy miniature pigs,and the vital signs of airway obstruction in patients with significantly improved.
