Objective:To investigate clinical effect of soothing- liver ,inviograting-blood and reducing-phlegm coordinate POME light combination therapy to the young women who are not pregnant because of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Method:Diagnosis of 206 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands of young female patients who are not pregnant. 106 cases of them(observation group)to be conducted by the end consumer with Jiajianxiaojie soup and POME light treatment. Another 100 cases of them(comparison group)to be conducted by RUKUAIXIN medicines to check the changement of the clinical symptoms by observation and treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands before and after the treatment.Through the hormone levels measured by laboratory and high frequency ultrasound following-up,to observe the therapeutic effect. Result:The total treatment effective rate of Jiajianxiaojie soup combined with POME of hyperplasia of mammary glands was 89.6%. Compared with the comparison group was significantly different (P<0.05).But also the sex hormone estradiol(E2),pituitary prolactin(PRL),progesterone(P),have the same result as effective rate. However, FSH and Testosterone(T)and Luteinizing Hormone(LH),there were no significant differences between Comparison group(P>0.05). After three courses of treatment for simple hyperplasia,The effect was the fastest and obviously. The effective rate was 98.2%.It was effective to the cystic hyperplasia, adenomatous hyperplasia and the mixed type. Conclusion:Jiajianxiaojie soup coordinate POME light combination therapy of hyperplasia of mammary glands is an effective and new drug and method.% 目的：探讨疏肝活血化瘀疗法治疗未孕年轻女性乳腺增生病的临床效果.方法：对确诊为乳腺增生病的206例未孕女性患者，采用加减消结汤联合波姆光治疗106例(观察组)，采用乳快欣药物治疗100例(对照组)，观察治疗前后乳腺增生病临床症状的改变，通过实验室激素水平的测定，并以高频彩超随访，观察其治疗效果.结果：加减消结汤联合波姆光治疗乳腺增生病总有效率为89.6%，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，性激素水平雌二醇(E2)、垂体催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)和促黄体生成素(LH)两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).予三疗程治疗后乳腺小叶增生显效最快，有效率为98.2%，囊性增生、腺体增生及混合型有效率明显提高.结论：疏肝活血化痰法配合波姆光治疗乳腺增生病是防治癌前病变行之有效的新药及方法.
