浅谈基层医院麻醉科现代管理

摘要

As the hospital level and hospital level to enhance the management of anesthesia departments increasingly improving,but related to the primary hospital,the anesthesiology department management or there are many hidden dangers.Order to improve the quality and management standards in the primary hospital anesthesiology,primary hospital anesthesiology existing issues and problems,how to take effective management measures to improve launched a study,I hope the analysis of problems in the primary hospital anesthesiology,be able to provide some the achievements observations and recommendations for the management of the hospital,and more effective to enhance the quality of management of the primary hospital anesthesiology.%　　随着医院水平和医院等级的提升麻醉科室的管理日益在改善，但是相关于基层医院的麻醉科管理还是存在着很多的隐患。为了提高基层医院麻醉科的质量与管理标准，本文就对目前基层医院麻醉科存在的问题以及针对问题如何采取有效的管理措施进行完善展开了探讨，希望通过对基层医院麻醉科存在问题的剖析，能够为现代医院的管理提供一些意见和建议，更有效的提升基层医院麻醉科的管理质量。
