含铂的3种化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌的疗效比较

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical effect of three kinds of chemotherapy on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:102 cases of NSCLC were divided into three groups.A group was treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin,B group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,C group was treated with vinorelbine combined with cisplatin. To study the clinical effect.Result:The total effective rate of A group was 35.3%, it of B group was 38.2%,it of C group was 44.1%.The main adverse reactions were inhibit bone marrow,hair loss,gastrointestinal reaction,nausea and vomiting,and were improved obviously after treatment. Bone marrow restrain incidence of C group was obviously higher than A group and B group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Three kinds of chemotherapy all have exact clinical effects.%　　目的：分析比较含铂的3种化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效.方法：将102例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为 A、B、C 组,分别接受 GP 方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)、TP 方案(紫杉醇+顺铂)、NP 方案(长春瑞滨+顺铂)化疗,观察疗效及不良反应情况.结果：A 组总有效率为35.3%,B 组为38.2%,C 组为44.1%.不良反应主要有骨髓抑制、脱发、胃肠道反应、恶心呕吐,经对症处理后均得到明显好转.其中 C 组骨髓抑制发生率明显高于 A、B 组(P<0.05).结论：3种化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌的疗效相近,不良反应可逆,均为有效治疗方案.
