脐周八穴温针疗法配合面部微针治疗黄褐斑56例

摘要

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of cullen eight acupoints combined with warm acupuncture facial microneedle in treatment of melasma patients. Method:One hundred and twelve cases of melasma patients from March 2009 to March 2013 in the hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each group of 56 cases. The control group were used facial micro-needle therapy treatment for the patients and the experimental group were treated by cullen eight acupoints combined with warm acupuncture facial microneedle. The skin score and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared after treatment. Result:The skin score of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(t=3.2463,P<0.01). The total efficiency of the experimental group was 96.4%while the control group was 76.8%,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(χ²=9.3141,P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cullen eight acupoints combined with warm acupuncture facial microneedle in treatment of melasma patients is significant,worthy of clinical application.%目的：研究脐周八穴温针疗法配合面部微针治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年3月-2013年3月本院接诊的黄褐斑患者112例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组56例。对照组采用面部微针疗法进行治疗，试验组在对照组治疗的基础上采用脐周八穴温针疗法进行治疗。治疗后，比较两组患者的皮肤颜色评分和临床疗效。结果：治疗后，试验组患者的皮肤颜色评分明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=3.2463，P<0.01），试验组患者的皮肤状况得到显著改善。试验组患者治疗总有效率（96.4%）明显优于对照组（76.8%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ²=9.3141，P<0.01）。结论：脐周八穴温针疗法配合面部微针治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。
