不同角度数字化X线摄影在下颌磨牙检查中的应用

             

摘要

Objective:To explore the different point of view digital X-ray photography in mandibular molars check. Method:433 mandibular molars DR images of 386 patients were retrospectively analyzed,their intake of X-ray tube respectively tilt 5°,6°,7°,8°,9°,10°,according to the X-ray tube tilt angles were divided into 6 groups,and according to the image clarity,root length and overlap,the diagnosis standard of image quality were divided into A,B,C three levels,compared the image quality. Result:In 386 patients 433 piece mandibular molar DR image,A 232,B 174,C 27. 5° group with 6°,6° groups with 8°,9°,10° group,7° groups with 8°,9°,10° group comparative difference had statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of tilt for 6°~7° angle mandibular molars photography,compare to other angle method obtain better quality of DR image. X-ray tube tilt angle is bigger,oblique effect is more serious,X tilt angle not exceeding 10°. Digital radiography improve mandibular molar disease diagnosis and treatment.%目的:探讨不同角度数字化X线摄影在下颌磨牙检查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析386例患者433张下颌磨牙DR影像,摄取时X线管分别倾斜5°、6°、7°、8°、9°、10°。根据X线管倾斜角度不同分为6组,并根据影像的清晰度、牙根长度和重叠情况,将影像质量诊断标准分为A、B、C三个等级,比较其影像质量。结果:386例患者433张下磨牙DR影像中,A级232张,B级174张,C级27张。其中5°组与6°组,6°组与8°、9°、10°组,7°组与8°、9°、10°组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用倾斜6°~7°角进行下颌磨牙摄影,较其他角度方法获得更好的DR图像质量。X线管倾斜角度越大,斜射效应越严重,X线倾斜角度不易超过10°。数字化X线摄影提高了下颌磨牙疾病的诊断、治疗水平。
