菏泽市2010-2012年手足口病流行病学分析

摘要

目的：了解2010-2012年菏泽市手足口病（Hand-foot-mouth disease，HFMD）流行的时间、区域和人群分布以及病原构成。方法：利用中国疾病预防控制信息管理系统汇总全市2010-2012年HFMD病例，对其流行病学特征进行分析。结果：2010-2012年菏泽市报告手足口病例分别为10132例、8148例和3596例，重症数662例、379例、83例，实验室诊断数410例、369例和172例，发病率为116.7806/10万，98.3144/10万和42.7854/10万，无死亡病例。牡丹区、定陶县和曹县报告HFMD病例数较多，三县区合计报告9490例，占到全市的43.37%。报告病例年龄最小1个月，最大52岁，其中0~4岁者20126例，占92.01%。HFMD病例中，以农村散居儿童为主，占全部病例数的96.51%。各类标本中共有967份检出病毒类型，其中肠道病毒71型（EV71）、柯萨奇病毒A16型（CoxA 16）、其他肠道病毒检测构成比分别为61.43%、22.96%、15.62%。结论：2010-2012年菏泽市手足口病流行强度趋于减弱，不同县区流行强度不同季节分布存在差异，4岁以下儿童是发病主要人群，EV71和柯萨奇病毒A16型为主要病原。%Objective:To understand the popular at the time, area and population distribution and pathogen of hand foot mouth disease (Hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)in Heze city from 2010 to 2012.Method:The epidemiological data of HFMD from the China Information System for Diseases Control and Prevention were analyzed During the period of 2010-2012.Result:There were 10 132,8148 and 3596 cases reported HFMD cases from 2010 to 2012 in Heze city,of which 662,379 and 83 cases were severed,and 410,369 and 172 were lab confirmed respectively.The morbidity (per 100 000)were 116.7806,98.3144 and 42.7854 respectively.There were 9490 cases reported in Mudan District,Dingtao County and Cao County with the cases accounting for 43.37% of the city.The HFMD cases,aged from 1 month to 52 years old,were concentrated mainly in the children under 4 years, and accounted for 92.01% of the total cases.In HFMD cases,rural children accounted for 96.51% of the total cases.Various specimens detected,there were 967 cases of virus type,and the detection of EV71,Cox A16,other enteric viruses were 61.43%,22.96%,15.62%.Conclusion:The HFMD epidemics trend is decreasing during 2010-2012.Both significant differences on the epidemics of HFMD in areas and seasons are found.Children under 4 years are the major population groups at risk of HFMD.EV71 and Cox A16 are both the major etiologic agents of HFMD.
