阿奇霉素与氨茶碱联合治疗小儿咳嗽变异哮喘的临床效果分析

摘要

目的：为进一步研究比较临床治疗小儿咳嗽变异哮喘实践过程中采用阿奇霉素与氨茶碱联合治疗的优势，为小儿咳嗽变异哮喘的治疗提供借鉴和参考。方法：本文以2009年1月-2013年1月本院收治的小儿咳嗽变异哮喘患儿34例为研究对象，随机分成治疗组（17例）和对照组（17例），治疗组采用氨茶碱和阿奇霉素进行治疗；对照组采用氨茶碱和非那根进行治疗，观察比较两组咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间及啰音消失时间等。结果：治疗组咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间及啰音消失时间均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在临床治疗小儿咳嗽变异哮喘的实践过程中，采用阿奇霉素与氨茶碱联合治疗临床效果显著，是可靠选择。%Objective: To further study and compared the comparative advantage for azithromycin and aminophylline in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and provide the reference for clinical treatment and cough variant asthma in children.Method:34 cases of children with cough variant asthma in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were chosen as the research object,and were randomly divided into the treatment group (17 cases) and control group (17 cases). The treatment group were treated with azithromycin and aminophylline; control group with aminophylline and promethazine treatment. The cough disappeared time, wheezing rales disappearance time, duration of treatment for the two groups of patients were observed.Result:Three indicators of two groups in the time of disappearance of cough, wheezing rales disappearance time, time and so on, the treatment group were significantly better than the control group children (P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice for children with cough variant asthma, the clinical efficacy of azithromycin and aminophylline treatment is significant, and clinical treatment is with reliable choice of cough variant asthma in children.
