内镜下氩离子凝固术在胃息肉临床治疗中的应用研究

摘要

目的：探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术在胃息肉临床治疗中的应用效果。方法：将就诊于本院的144例胃息肉患者按随机数字表法分为氩离子组（72例，142枚）和电凝组（72例，131枚），分别采用氩离子凝固术和高频电凝切除法治疗，统计一次性清除率、并发症发生率，对比两组治疗效果。结果：氩离子组一次性切除130枚（91.55%），电凝组一次性切除108枚（82.44%），氩离子组一次性切除率高于电凝组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；氩离子组腹痛、腹胀、出血、穿孔并发症例数分别为4、2、0、0例，并发症发生率8.33%，电分别为6、3、4、2例，并发症发生率20.83%，氩离子组显著低于电凝组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用氩离子凝固术治疗胃息肉，一次性切除率、术后并发症发生率均优于高频电凝切除法，临床上可推广应用。%Objective: To study clinical application of argon plasma coagulation (APC) in the treatment of patients with gastric polyps. Method:144 patients with gastric polyps who were treated in our hospital were divided randomly into APC group (72 cases with 142 pieces) and high-frequency electroblation group (72 cases with 131 pieces). The one-time clearance rate and the incidence of complications were counted, and the therapeutic effects were compared.Result: The one-time clearance rate of APC group was 91.55% (130 pieces) and that of high-frequency electroblation group was 82.44% (108 pieces). The one-time clearance rate of APC group was higher than that of high-frequency electroblation group and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). In APC group, the cases of complications of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, hemorrhage and perforation respectively were 4, 2, 0, and 0, and the total rate of complications was 8.33%. In high-frequency electroblation group, the cases of complications of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, hemorrhage and perforation respectively were 6, 3, 4, and 2, and the total rate of complications was 20.83%. The total rate of complications of APC group was lower than that of high-frequency electroblation group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:APC in the treatment of gastric polyps can improve the one-time clearance rates and reduce the complications, therefore it is worth promoting in clinics.
