硅胶F16脑室引流管在TURP术中的临床应用

摘要

目的：探讨硅胶F16脑室引流管在经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）中的临床应用，为临床提供参考。方法：回顾性分析本院2005年1月-2013年1月收治的良性前列腺增生患者52例作为观察组，采用经电切镜鞘置入硅胶F16脑室引流管进行术后引流，选取同期收治的52例前列腺增生患者作为对照组，对照组采用硅胶F16脑室引流管经膀胱穿刺鞘行膀胱造瘘术，对两组的疗效进行比较。结果：对照组总的并发症发生率23.08％（12/52），观察组为7.69％（4/52），两组总的并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组和对照组平均操作时间、引流管留置时间、术后VAS评分和住院时间进行比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在TURP术中采用经电切镜鞘置入硅胶F16脑室引流管进行术后引流具有安全、简捷、有效的优势，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To explore the clinical application on silicone F16 ventricle drainage tube in TURP surgery,and provide reference for clinical. Method:52 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia as observation group were retrospectively analyzed from January 2005 to January 2013, observation group made a way that silicone F16 ventricle drainage tube passed the electricity cut mirror sheath placement for postoperative drainage,during the same period,52 prostate hyperplasia patients were as control group,control group was made of silica gel F16 ventricle drainage tube after colostomy, the curative effect of the two groups were compared. Result:The overall complication rate of observation group was 23.08%(12/52),that of the observation group was 7.69%(4/52). The overall incidence of complications were compared in both the groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average operation time,drainage tube indwelling time,postoperative VAS score,and hospital stay of the observation group and control group were compared,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Silica gel F16 postoperative drainage of ventricle drainage pipe has the advantages of safe,simple and effective. It has clinical popularization and application.
