2010-2012年本院抗生素应用情况调查研究

摘要

目的：对本院抗生素应用情况进行调查研究，以为临床用药提供参考。方法：回归性分析本院2010-2012年各科室抗生素应用情况，对于药物应用不合理的情况进行统计分析。结果：共抽取2010-2012年各科室6357份处方，其中应用抗生素的处方为2340份（36.8%），其中1023份存在不合理情况（43.7%）。2012年抗生素使用不当情况明显少于2010年。结论：本院各科室抗生素应用情况仍有一定问题，通过药师的积极参与临床用药物探讨可明显降低不合理用药的几率。%Objective:To investigate antibiotic use in the hospital,provide reference for clinical medication. Method:Used of antibiotic in each department in the hospital from 2010 to 2012 was analyzed,included irrational used. Result:Total 6357 prescriptions were extracted,and 2340 were antibiotic ones,which accounted for 36.8%. And,there were 1023 irrational ones in them,which accounted for 43.7%. The irrational used for antibiotic in 2012 was significant lower than that in 2010. Conclusion:There still exist some problems of antibiotic use in each department in the hospital. The rate of irrational use can be reduced by participation in clinical medication of apothecary.
