人性化护理在老年高血压患者中的应用及效果分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨人性化护理在老年原发性高血压患者的应用。方法:选择本院心内科100例老年原发性高血压患者,根据时间前后分为两组,2011年2月至2012年3月50例患者为对照组,给予常规护理,2012年4月至2013年4月50例患者为干预组,进行常规护理的同时给予人性化护理,应用李克特问卷调查表和高血压患者服药依从性问卷,比较两组患者的满意度及服药依从性。结果:干预组患者对护理的满意度及服药依从性明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用人性化护理,可满足老年高血压患者的住院需求,提高其对医疗护理的认可和信任,按时正确服药,明显提高护理质量,促进患者健康状况稳定和提升。%Objective:To study the clinical application and effects of elderly patients with hypertension through humanity nursing. Method:100 cases of elderly patients with essential hypertension in our college of cardiology were chosen,according to the time before and after was divided into two groups,in February 2011 to March 2012,50 cases as control group,given routine care,between April 2012 and April 2012 as the intervention group,50 patients with routine nursing given humanized nursing at the same time,application of likert questionnaire and patients with high blood pressure medication adherence questionnaire,compared two groups of patients’ satisfaction and medication compliance.Result:Patients’ satisfaction with care and medication adherence was significantly higher in intervention group than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Humane care can meet the need for hospitalization in elderly patients with hypertension,significantly improve patients’medication compliance,then improve living quality for patients.
