消化道穿孔腹腔镜修补术与开腹手术治疗效果的对比

摘要

目的：对比分析治疗消化道穿孔时采用腹腔镜修补术与开腹手术的临床效果，寻求最佳治疗方案。方法：选取本院治疗的100例消化道穿孔病例，按照手术方式分为治疗组51例和对照组49例，治疗组实施腹腔镜修补术，对照组实施开腹手术，比较分析两组患者各观察指标的差异。结果：所有手术均获成功，治疗组在术中出血量、术后镇痛例数、术后肠蠕动平均恢复时间、术后并发症例数、术后平均住院时间等方面均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。而两组在平均手术时间上比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：在消化道穿孔治疗中的腹腔镜修补术是一种安全有效的微创手术，具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快、治疗费用低等优点，值得在临床推广。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic repair and open surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal perforation,and seek the best treatment plan.Method:One hundred patients with gastrointestinal perforation were selected in our hospital,they were divided into the treatment group for 51 cases and the control group for 49 cases according to the operation method.The treatment group was given laparoscopic repair,the control group was given laparotomy operation,the differences between two groups of patients in the observation of the index were compared.Result:All the operation were successful,the treatment group in the intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative analgesia,the number of cases of intestinal peristalsis,the average recovery time of postoperative complication cases,the average postoperative hospital stay were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups in the average operation time had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair is a safe and effective minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal perforation,which has the advantages of surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and low cost,it is worth to be promoted in the clinical treatment.
