益气养阴消通络方对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果评价

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tonifying qi and yin mass-eliminating recipe in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Method:80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the control group and the observation group,each group had 40 cases. The control group was treated with irbesartan,and the observation group was treated with tonifying qi and yin mass-eliminating recipe. Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%(28/40),and that of the observation group was 87.5%(35/40). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group evidently(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tonifying qi and yin mass-eliminating recipe treating early diabetic nephropathy has evident effect.%目的：探讨益气养阴消癥通络方对早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法：将2010年2月-2013年3月本院收治的80例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组患者使用厄贝沙坦治疗，观察组患者使用益气养阴消癥通络方治疗。结果：对照组临床疗效总有效率为70.0%（28/40），观察组临床疗效总有效率为87.5%（35/40），观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：益气养阴消癥通络方应用于治疗早期糖尿病肾病中效果显著。
