基层医院糖尿病眼病患者低血糖的原因分析及护理对策

摘要

目的：进一步研究和探讨导致基层医院糖尿病眼病患者发生低血糖的原因，为临床相关护理实践提供参考和依据。方法：对2010年12月-2012年12月本院收治的发生低血糖的86例糖尿病眼病患者进行了回顾性分析，针对患者发生低血糖的具体原因进行了统计分析。结果：本文研究的86例糖尿病眼病患者发生低血糖的主要原因（排名前3位）分别是：采取不适当的饥饿疗法（占24.42%）、进食没有规律（占19.77%）、相关医护人员未对低血糖危害给予足够多重视（占18.60%）。结论：针对基层医院糖尿病眼病患者来说，要有效地降低患者发生低血糖的比例，要针对以上原因采取有针对性的护理措施和对策。%Objective:To further study and discuss the cause of grass-roots hospital patients with hypoglycemia in diabetic eye disease,so as to provide reference and basis for clinical nursing practice. Method:86 diabetic ophthalmopathy patients with hypoglycemia from December 2010 to December 2012 admitted to our hospital were chosen as the research object,and they were taken for retrospectively research. According to the specific cause of the hypoglycemia in patients,they were statistically analyzed.Result:The main causes of 86 cases of hypoglycemia in diabetic ophthalmopathy patients in this study(top three)were:taking not appropriate hunger therapy(accounted for 24.42%),not eating with the law(accounted for 19.77%), and medical staff not giving enough attention to harm of hypoglycemia(accounted for 18.60%). Conclusion:For diabetic ophthalmopathy patients in primary hospital,to reduce the proportion of patients with hypoglycemia,we should according to the above reasons to take some corresponding nursing measures and countermeasures.
