目的：探讨中医外治法-自制癃闭贴治疗癃闭的疗效。方法：选取180例癃闭患者，随机分为试验组和对照组各90例。试验组采用自制癃闭贴治疗，对照组施行常规治疗。结果：两组患者治疗后，试验组有效率较对照组高10.1%；两疗程后人均残尿量比较，对照组分别高于试验组的57 ml和66 ml，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用中医外治法-自制癃闭贴治疗临床常见的癃闭有良好的疗效，但对于下尿路肿瘤等恶性疾病导致的癃闭效果一般。%Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the external treatment of traditional chinese medicine in treating dysuria.Method:The 180 cases of patients with dysuria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 90 cases in each group.The experimental group used conventional treatment assisted with the external treatment of traditional chinese medicine.The control group only received the conventional treatment.Result:Two groups of patients after treatment with the efficiency of experimental group was higher than that in control group of 10.1%;after two courses residual urine volume comparison of control group were higher than those in the experimental group 57 ml and 66 ml.The differences between the two groups had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external treatment of traditional chinese medicine has obvious curative effect on treatment of dysuria.But the effect of treatment for dysuria caused by down urethral tumor is not good.
