多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建在脊柱转移瘤诊断中的应用

             

摘要

Objective:To investigate multi-slice spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction of transfer application value in the diagnosis of spinal tumor.Method:A retrospective analysis of diagnosis results of 65 cases of spinal metastases underwent spinal lateral X-ray examination,multi-slice spiral CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction,the diagnostic sensitivity of two methods were compared. Result:In 65 patients,multi-slice spiral CT and 3D reconstruction were diagnosed in 43 cases of metastasis of spine(66.2%),24 cases of X-ray plain film diagnosis(36.9%),there was significant difference between the two(P<0.001);multi-slice spiral CT scan and 3D reconstruction in diagnosis of affected joints Number 86,vertebral bone destruction in 44 cases,bony canal were involved in 25 cases,paravertebral soft tissue and psoas muscle invasion in 44 cases. Conclusion:Helical CT three-dimensional reconstruction is helpful for diagnosis of spinal metastases,has higher value of clinical application.%  目的:探讨多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建在脊柱转移瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析65例确诊脊柱转移瘤患者行脊柱正侧位X线平片检查、多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建的诊断结果,比较两种方法的诊断敏感性。结果:65例患者中,多层螺旋CT及三维重建确诊脊柱转移瘤43例(66.2%),X线平片确诊24例(36.9%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建诊断发现受累骨节数86个、椎体骨质破坏44例、骨性椎管受累25例,椎旁软组织和腰大肌受侵44例。结论:螺旋CT扫描机三维重建有助于脊柱转移瘤的临床诊断,临床应用价值较高。
