锁定钢板与双切口双钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的对比分析

摘要

目的：分析锁定钢板与双切口双钢板在治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法：选取本院收治的50例胫骨平台骨折患者，25例采用双切口双钢板内固定治疗为试验组，25例采用锁定钢板内固定治疗为对照组，对比两组治疗后临床效果。结果：双切口双钢板内固定治疗组的骨折愈合时间完全负重时间均较对照组缩短，术后1年 HSS 评分较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。试验组术后即刻、术后3个月、术后12个月 TPA 及 PA 度数均较对照组高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：采用双切口双钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折较锁定钢板内固定术更有利于膝关节功能的恢复，可在临床推广使用。%Objective:To analyze the locking plate and double plates fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Method:50 patients with fracture of tibial plateau in our hospital were treated,25 cases with two-incision double-plate fixation therapy was the experimental group,25 cases were treated with locking plate internal fixation treatment for the control group,the clinical effects of two groups were compared after treatment.Result:The two-incision ouble-plate fixation treatment group,the healing time of full weight-bearing time was shorter than the control group,after 1 years of HSS score than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group after operation,postoperative 3 month,12 months after surgery,TPA and PA were higher than that of the control,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The two-incision double-plate fixation of tibial platform convenient reduction,small damage,rapid recovery after operation of fracture,a locking plate fixation is more conducive to the recovery of function of knee joint,which can be used in clinical practice.
