补阳还五汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效探究

摘要

Objective:To discuss Clinical effect of Tonifying Yang also five tonga reduced in the treatment of splitting headache.Method:From 2011 February-2012 year in February in our hospital,100 cases of migraine patients were randomly divided into group and control group,the control group treated by Fenbid for treatment,study group with Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment five. Observation of the two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction.Result:After treatment of patients in the study group’s clinical curative effect was better than the control group,the two group total effective rate were 76.0% and 38.0%(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Compared with the western medicine treatment,the Buyanghuanwu Decoction in treating migraine five has better clinical effect,which can effectively improve the total efficiency,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.%　　目的：探讨采用补阳还五汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法：选取2011年2月-2012年2月于笔者所在医院就诊的100例偏头痛患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用西药芬必得进行治疗，研究组采用补阳还五汤加减进行治疗。观察对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组总有效率为76.0%，对照组的总有效率为38.0%，研究组的临床疗效优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论：相对于西药治疗，补阳还五汤加减治疗偏头痛具有更好的临床效果，其有效提高总有效率，降低不良反应发生率，值得临床应用。
