多部门联合急救演练提高护士综合能力的效果评价

摘要

Objiective:To enhance the ability of the paramedics’dealing with sudden emergencies,to strengthen the awareness of taking first-aid measures and to shorten the time of rescuing patients by cooperation. Method:Exercised the patterns of situational practice,imitated every type of seriously ill patients’s rescue,and then observed the performances of nurses’imitating practice from beginning to end,on the basis of that,comprehensive capabilities of them can be estimated. Result:The time of accomplishing the drill which requires the nurses to work together should be shorter than before. besides,compared with the previous performance,their ability of dealing with the emergency could be largely improved through the test.(P<0.01). Conclusion:The drill of exercising emergency rescue can definitely enhance the comprehensive capabilities of nurses,as a result,they can achieve the aim of practicing the first-aid measures under unexpected or sudden emergencies.%　　目的：提高病区护理人员应对突发事件的能力、强化急救意识，缩短抢救配合的时间。方法：运用情景演练的模式，模拟各类危重症患者的抢救，观察模拟演练前后护士的急救综合能力。结果：护士完成演练配合所需时间较演练前缩短，护士的应急配合能力考核较演练前提高（P<0.01）。结论：多部门联合的急救演练，能够提高护士综合能力，更好的应对突发情况下的急救配合。
