目的：探讨妊娠期尿路结石的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析48例妊娠期尿路结石患者的临床资料。结果：45例行B超检查发现结石，3例行彩色多普勒超声检查发现结石。结石自行排出者22例，自然排出率为45.8%。47例孕妇顺利足月分娩，1例胎膜破裂导致流产。有40例无明显症状未进一步处理，8例行微创手术。结论：妊娠期尿路结石的诊断首选超声检查，治疗以保守治疗为主，微创手术也是安全有效的措施之一。% Objective:To study the gestation period the diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculus method.Method:A retrospective analysis and cases of pregnancy in 48 patients with urinary calculus of clinical data.Result:45 routine B ultrasonic inspection found that stone,3 routine color doppler ultrasonic inspection found that stone.Stone to discharge the 22 cases,natural discharge rate was 45.8%.47 cases of pregnant women smooth term birth, 1 cases of rupture of membranes cause abortion. Forty cases of asymptomatic not further processing,and routine minimally invasive surgery.Conclusion:The diagnosis of urinary calculus pregnancy ultrasound,preferred treatment to conservative treatment is given priority to,minimally invasive surgery is safe and effective measure.
