抗感染辅助降低血黏度治疗细菌感染的疗效比较*

摘要

Objective:To compare the bacteriologic and clinical efficacy of anti-infection combined with reduce blood viscosity in treatment of bacterial infections.Method:80 cases of bacterial infection were randomly divided into two groups,control group were treated with anti-infection, treatment group were treated with anti-infection and reducing blood viscosity.Bacteriologic and clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Result:The effective rate of treatment group and control group in third day were respectively 90%and 62.5%,the bacterial eradication rate was 85%and 72.5%.The effective rate of treatment group and control group in fifth day were respectively 95%and 87.5%,the bacterial eradication rate was 97.5%and 90%,there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:On bacterial infection in patients with anti infection and assisting to reduce blood viscosity treatment has a certain clinical value.%　　目的：比较抗感染辅助降低血黏度治疗细菌感染的临床疗效和细菌学疗效。方法：挑选80例细菌感染患者，采用随机盲法对照试验分为两组，对照组单纯抗感染治疗，治疗组抗感染同时辅助降低血黏度治疗，观察并比较两组临床细菌学疗效和临床疗效。结果：第3天治疗组与对照组有效率分别为90.0%和62.5%，细菌清除率为85.0%和72.5%，第5天治疗组与对照组有效率分别为95.0%和87.5%，细菌清除率为97.5%和90.0%，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对细菌感染患者抗感染同时辅助降低血黏度治疗有一定临床价值。
