目的：为了提高淋菌和非淋菌性尿道炎治疗效果。方法：采用中西药物结合治疗与常规药物治疗进行分组比较。结果：治疗组的有效率分别是98.0%和94.7%。治愈率是86.0%和80.0%。对照组有效率分别是86.0%和80.0%，治愈率68.0%和56.0%。两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过运用中西结合治疗减少细菌的耐药性发生，使疗效更加理想。%Objective:To improve the treatment effect of gonococcal and non-gonococcal urethritis Method:To use the combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicines and the conventional drug therapy on treatment groups and control groups. Then compared their efficiency. Result:The effective rates of the treatment groups were 98%and 94.7%respectively;the cure rates were 86%and 80%. However,the effective rates of the control groups were 86%and 80%;the cure rates were 68%and 56%. After comparing,we could see that the effective rates of the treatment groups were 12%and 14.7%higher than the control groups,and so were the cure rates,they were 18%and 24%more higher. Conclusion:Using the combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine can reduce the happening of bacteria’s drug resistance,and then can get a better effect.
