自制简易翻身单在长期卧床护理的应用和效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨自制简易翻身单在长期卧床护理的应用和效果分析。方法：选取2012年1-9月新丰县人民医院外科术后卧床患者、昏迷患者300例，分为试验组240例和对照组60例，试验组患者采用本科自制简易翻身单进行翻身，对照组患者采用传统的徒手翻身法进行翻身。观察并比较两组患者翻身所用时间、护理人员劳动强度、患者褥疮发生率、皮肤损伤发生率以及患者舒适度和安全感。结果：相比于对照组，试验组患者进行翻身所用时间明显缩短、护理人员劳动强度明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组患者褥疮发生例数为0例，而对照组患者褥疮发生例数为7例，发生率为11.67%，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；试验组患者皮肤损伤发生例数0例，而对照组患者皮肤损伤发生例数为13例，发生率为21.67%，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：自制翻身单能有效缩短翻身时间，降低护理人员劳动强度，提高工作效率。同时，自制翻身单能有效减少长期卧床患者褥疮的发生，能有效避免因翻身操作而导致患者皮肤损伤的发生，值得临床护理推广。%Objective:To investigate the effect analysis of simple self-made sheet for turning over patients in bedridden nursing. Method:300 cases of surgery coma ambulatory patients were selected from January 2012 to September 2012 in the Xinfeng People’s Hospital,who were divided into experimental group of 240 cases and control group of 60 cases. The experimental group were treated with simple self-made sheet for turning over,while control group were treated with traditional sheet for turn over. The time spent in turning,nurses labor intensity,the incidence of pressure ulcers,the incidence of skin damage and patients’ comfort and security were compared and observed in two groups. Result:Compared to the control group,the time spent in turning of the experimental group patients was significantly shorten,nurses labor intensity decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the rate of the incidence of pressure ulcers and skin damage of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simple self-made sheet for turning over patients could effectively shorten turn around time and reduce nursing labor intensity and improve work efficiency. Meanwhile,simple self-made sheet for turning over patients could effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers of bedridden patients to avoid skin damage.
