术前应用抗生素预防宫颈电环切术后感染的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨术前应用抗生素预防宫颈电环切术后感染的效果。方法：选取2008年9月-2012年12月本院确诊治疗的慢性宫颈炎患者126例，依据随机分配原则分为抗生素组和对照组，两组患者均给予常规消毒、营养和宫颈电环切术等基础治疗，抗生素组患者在手术治疗前应用抗生素治疗，对比分析两组患者治疗效果和治疗后住院、阴道排液时间和感染发生情况。结果：抗生素组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；抗生素组患者治疗后住院、阴道排液时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；抗生素组患者治疗后感染发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：术前应用抗生素治疗对宫颈电环切术后感染无预防作用，但有助于提高宫颈炎患者治疗效果，缩短住院和阴道排液时间，值得临床作进一步推广。%Objective:To investigate the application of antibiotics to prevent infection of cervical loop electrosurgical excision after preoperative effect. Method:From September 2008 to December 2012 during the treatment of chronic cervicitis in our hospital diagnosed 126 patients,according to random distribution principle consists of antibiotic group and control group,two groups of patients were given routine disinfection,nutrition and cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure and so on the basis of antibiotic treatment,patients before treatment using antibiotic treatment in operation,contrast analysis the incidence of hospitalization,the time of vaginal discharge and infection in two groups of patients the effect of treatment and after treatment. Result:The patients with antibiotic treatment group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);antibiotic group patients after inpatient treatment, vaginal discharge time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);antibiotic group patients after feeling Hair Coloring rate compared with the control group no significant difference,no statistically significant differences(P>0.05). Conclusion:The application of antibiotics in treatment of cervical loop electrosurgical excision after preoperative infection prevention,but helps to improve the patients with cervicitis treatment effect,shorten hospitalization and the time of vaginal discharge,it is worth clinical further promotion.
