32例穴位埋线加西药治疗癫痫全身性发作型临床疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate clinical curative effect of the acupuncture point bury line plus western medicine treatment of epilepsy onset of systemic,evaluate its clinical application effect,provide a reference for future clinical treatment.Method:64 patients with epilepsy onset of systemic type were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2012,they were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=32),the control group was given western medicine treatment,the observation group was given acupuncture point bury line plus western medicine treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups was compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,was obviously higher than that of the control group for 75.00%(χ2=13.7813,P=0.0002). The patients were followed up for 6-12 months,the quality of life satisfaction of the observation group was 90.63%,was obviously higher than that of the control group for 71.88%,the differences were statistically significant (χ2=11.9715,P=0.0005).Conclusion:Acupuncture point bury line plus western medicine treatment of epilepsy of generalized seizures can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life and life quality, curative effect is distinct and high safety,is worth wide application in clinical practice and promotion.%目的：探讨穴位埋线加西药治疗癫痫全身性发作型的临床疗效，评价其临床应用效果，为今后临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。方法：选取2012年1月-2013年1月本院收治的癫痫全身性发作型患者64例，采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组给予西药治疗，观察组则给予穴位埋线加西药治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组的总有效率为93.75%明显高于对照组的75.00%（χ2=13.7813， P=0.0002）；随访6~12个月，观察组的生活质量满意度为90.63%明显高于对照组的71.88%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.9715，P=0.0005）。结论：穴位埋线加西药治疗癫痫全身性发作型能有效地改善患者的临床症状，提高其生存质量和生活质量，疗效显著且安全性高，值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。
