Objective:To investigate the treatment effect of Yunnan Baiyao in treatment of perineal wound healing after eutocia.Method:56 perineal wound patients after eutocia in maternity hospital wards of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,28 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by routine suture combined Yunnan Baiyao Powder suture after thread removal and conventional iodophor disinfection,while the control group only was given conventional suturing perineum.The wound healing,healing time and differences of perineal wound swelling, pain and healing between two groups were observed and compared.Result:The wound healing rate of observation group was 100%(28/28),it was significantly higher than 71.43%(20/28)of control group,the average healing time of observation group was(5.19±2.14)d,it was significantly shorter than(9.64±4.03)d of control group,Class-A healing rate of observation group was 100%,it was significantly higher than 71.43%of control group,Class-B healing rate was 0,it was significantly lower than 21.43%of control group,the observation group patients had no pain,swelling, significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yunnan Baiyao in treatment of perineal wound healing after eutocia is satisfactory,can reduce the wound healing time,improve the Class-A healing rate and decrease the incidence of perineal wound healing,pain and swelling,is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨云南白药在治疗顺产后会阴伤口愈合不良中的治疗效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年1月本院产科住院部收治的56例顺产后出现会阴伤口的患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各28例，观察组采用常规缝合术、缝合线头拆除后常规碘伏消毒后应用云南白药粉剂，对照组仅采用会阴常规缝合术，观察比较两组患者的伤口愈合情况、愈合时间和会阴伤口肿胀、疼痛和愈合程度的差异。结果：观察组伤口治愈率100%（28/28）明显高于对照组的71.43%（20/28），伤口平均愈合时间（5.19±2.14）d明显短于对照组的（9.64±4.03）d，且甲级愈合率100%，明显高于对照组的71.43%，乙级愈合率0明显低于对照组的21.43%，观察组均无疼痛、肿胀，明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：云南白药治疗顺产后会阴伤口愈合情况满意，能够减少伤口愈合时间，提高甲级愈合率，减少会阴伤口愈合期疼痛和肿胀的发生，值得临床推广。
