护理风险管理在肝胆科病房手术患者中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application effect of nursing risk management in hepatobiliary ward surgery patients.Method:240 surgery patients in hepatology ward from January 2013 to June 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,120 cases in each group.The observation group was given nursing risk management,the control group was given routine nursing care,the hospital day,occurrence of nursing adverse events and satisfaction of patients and their relatives of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The hospital day of observation group was(8.18±3.15)d,it was significantly shorter than(14.30±3.16)d of the control group,the incidence of nursing adverse events of observation group was 2.50%,it was significantly lower than 29.17%of control group,the satisfaction of patients and their relatives in observation group was 95.83%(115/120),it was significantly higher than 61.67%(74/120)in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk management has the good effect in the nursing management in hepatology ward,can improve the quality of nursing care,strengthen their service consciousness and the risk consciousness,can effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events and dispute of nurses and patients, ensure the safety of nursing and patients,improve the satisfaction of patients and their relatives.%目的：探讨护理风险管理在肝胆科病房手术患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1-6月本院肝胆科病房收治的240例手术患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各120例，观察组给予护理风险管理，对照组给予常规护理，观察比较两组患者的住院天数、护理不良事件的发生情况、患者及家属的满意度。结果：观察组的住院天数（8.18±3.15）d明显短于对照组的（14.30±3.16）d，护理不良事件发生率2.50%明显低于对照组的29.17%，患者及家属满意度95.83%（115/120）明显高于对照组的61.67%（74/120），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：风险管理在肝胆科病房护理管理中具有较好的效果，能提高护理质量，增强护士服务意识和风险意识，能够有效减少护理不良事件和护患纠纷的发生，确实保障护理工作及患者的安全，提高患者及家属的满意度。
