小儿地图舌微量元素锌含量分析

摘要

目的：探讨小儿地图舌与微量元素锌的关系。方法：选取临床已确诊的地图舌100例，首次就诊时进行微量元素锌检测，同时选取同期健康查体儿童100例作对照。比较两组患儿血锌含量。使用SPSS 11.0统计学软件进分析，计量资料采用t检验，计数资料采用χ²检验。结果：地图舌组血锌水平显著低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：儿童地图舌发病可能与血锌降低有关。%Objective: To investigate the relationship between Zinc level and pediatric geographic tongue. Method: 100 cases with geographic tongue diagnosed, trace elements Zinc level was detected at the initial visit, 100 healthy children were enrolled as controls. SPSS 11.0 for Windows software was used for data analysis. Difference between the two groups was analyzed using T test, count data was analyzed using χ²test.Result: The level of blood Zinc of the geographic tongue group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: The lower blood Zinc level may be related to pediatric geographic tongue.
